Fast Track Studies for field development planning project of Hendijan oil field was a challenging mission that could never achieved in 6 months without nonstop engagement of all resources. Doing a small scale MDP within a short timeframe was a challenging mission to accomplish all the activities including reservoir rock analysis, PVT analysis, well test interpretation, material balance calculations, well modeling and production problem identification and solution finding, dynamic reservoir modeling, history matching and production prediction under some scenarios. The results will be helpful for decision makers to make decisions based on a quick evaluation of field potentials. This achievement during COVID19 era proves how teamwork and dedication of resources accompanied with organizational infrastructures and IT platforms can help to overcome challenges. This could never be done without sincere supports of a young professional and talented team.
