Interview

If your knowledge and experience match our requirements, you will be invited for one/two interviews, depending on the requirements of the job you have applied. The primary purpose of the interviews is to get further acquainted with each other. However, we will also discuss your motivation, work experience, aspirations, and personality. For some vacancies, an assessment might be part of the recruitment procedure.
